Get ready for a thrilling update from the world of Disney! A potential game-changer is brewing at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and it's got everyone talking!
The rumor mill is buzzing with news that the beloved Affection Section petting zoo might be closing its doors soon. But here's the twist: it's all because of an upcoming Bluey experience!
Located at Rafiki's Planet Watch, the Affection Section has been a haven for animal lovers and a unique attraction within Disney's Animal Kingdom. However, according to cast members, this beloved spot might be making way for something new and exciting.
Disney dropped a hint last year, announcing an upcoming Bluey experience at Conservation Station, where guests can dance and play with Bluey and Bingo! This experience is set to offer a meet-and-greet with the beloved characters and even a glimpse into the wildlife of Australia, Bluey's home country.
While the Affection Section and Conservation Station are technically separate, the potential closure of the former to make room for the Bluey experience is a controversial move. Some fans are already speculating that this could be a strategic decision to create more space for the highly anticipated Bluey attraction.
Previously, there were theories that Bluey would take over the Animation Experience area. However, Disney has hinted at a new version of the Animation Experience at the upcoming Magic of Disney Animation at Disney's Hollywood Studios, also opening this summer.
The Affection Section currently has posted hours until March 14th, but these are subject to change.
So, what do you think of this potential transformation? Are you excited for the Bluey experience, or do you have mixed feelings about the possible closure of the Affection Section? Share your thoughts and join the discussion in the comments below!
